resolute-nots

Welcome 2011 and syonara 2010! Another blog I follow started a tradition of resolute-nots and I plan to follow suit. Instead of making a list of things I’m going to do, that let's be honest will never actually happen, I’m making a list of things that I absolutely will not do in 2011, in no particular order.

* i will not forget to set the DVR for The Bachelor, Worst Cooks In America and Grey's Anatomy.
* i will not forget to say please, thank you and i love you.
* i will not stop buying useless goodies in the target $1 aisle.
* i will not let anything or anyone stand in the way of my happiness.
* i will not stop wishing for just 15 more minutes of sleep please.
* i will not horde the good wine.
* i will not lose sleep over the small stuff or stupid people.
* i will not stop blogging, although i won’t promise that it will be daily.
* i will not drive myself crazy trying to see my horse every.single.day.
* i will not maintain my eyebrows on my own.
* i will not stop wishing i had a maid.
* i will not stop wishing all my friends lived next door.
* i will not let life's rough spots get me down.
* i will not stop making delish funfetti cupcakes** for my friends' birthdays.
* i will not be afraid to be me.
* i will not take control of everything.
* i will not go more than a day without walking my dogs.
* i will not stop making spontaneous purchases for myself or my horse or my dogs or my house or my best friend's new baby.
* i will not for one second expect anything less than amazing blessings and opportunities to grow from God in 2011!
